MILK-AGRO needed to secure fresh product availability in sufficient quantity across a geographically dispersed store network, while reducing the manual ordering effort that came with it.
A data bridge was built between the ERP and VERITICO STOCK, then the application was configured to MILK-AGRO's specific requirements. Inventory levels were optimised at store level to hold stock within predefined limits.
Ordering was automated at store level to remove manual work, and success metrics were defined and monitored in real time so performance could be managed rather than reviewed after the fact.
